The “Vossiehe Zeitung” states. —Emperor Carl and family have left Selumliriinn. Tt is believed their destination is Switzerland Carl, in his proclamation relinquishing participation in the administration denies all responsibility for the war, from which he endeovoured to deliver his people. He bad never interfered with democratic institutions. He hopes vhe future will bring internal harmony and happiness.
