LONDON, October in. 1 A Belgian official states that Germany’s hill in Belgium totals £384 200,000. This total includes 200,000,v„j dol- , lars damage up till December 1914; and 104,200,000 dollars for exactions, as well as 8,000,000 for raw materials and machinery, takfrn by the Germans up to January, 1915, which is estimated at several hundred millions more.
