MELBOURNE, Oct. 4
A Royal Commission on iho Australian Navy Department, recommends many changes in the administration and the reconstruction of the Naval Board. It advises tli e acceptance of Sir William Crosswell’s resignation. The appointment ia recommended of Mr King-Slater as General-Manager of the Naval Dockyards. A definite financial policy in connection with the extension of tile naval shipbuilding programme is also recommended. -
