• AUSTRALIAN it N.Z. CARLE ASSOCIATION] PRESS DELEGATION REPORT. LONDON, Sop. 30. The Press Delegation have returned from a week’s visit to' Ireland. They report having mot protagonists of all parties including leaders of the Sinn Fein movement in Dublin, who frankly declared their wish to establish a secure republic. They would even accept German aid to gain their objective. Air Dillon and Mr Relvin (Nationalists) acknowledged that Sinn Fein is now predominant throughout Ireland. They believe that the introduction of conscription would meet with bloody resistance. The delegates state they found Ireland remarkably prosperous. While old party lines were fiercely maintained', the Labour movement was gfmwing. It was announcing its cs- [ pent sal of Bolshevik ideas. It was taking a shape and giving a promise to ■influence the future development of Ireland in an important- manner.
