POLLARD’S PICTURES.
A GREAT 8000 ft CIRCUS PICTURE.
“POLLY OF THE CIRCUS.” TO-NIGHT.
The celebrated screen artist Mae Marsh in the greatest circus picture ever screened, “ Polly of the Circus,” a Goldwyn B,oooft star feature will be the attraction at Pollards to-night. Polly was a child of the circus, pretty and daring, and in one of her barebacked riding acts she is injured. She is left at the little town, for it is the law of this strange circus-land that “ the show must go on.” Hearts may break, men and women fall and die, lovers part, and souls may suffer agony—still “ the show mnst go on.” Scene after scene of great beauty show the mammoth circus passing through towns at dead of night; the breathtaking race— triumph of screen racing spectacles; the slide for life, and other feats of the sawdust arena. The burning of the circus with its enormous tent and menagerie—the panic-stricken crowd of audience and animals.
