The following was the business transacted : * • TRANSFERS. Kumara Junction Hotel, from Deborah Jane ltathbon to AVilliam AleLean.—Granted. Post Office Hotel, Ahaura, from Ed. Alitchell to Catherine Dignan.—Granted. The attention of the licensee to he drawif to the police report . on the management of the premises. Caledonian Hotel, Stafford, E. Morgan to carry on in temporary premises for three months. —Granted, subject to the renovations mentioned jn the police report .being complied with. The attention of the owners of the Commercial Hotel, Hokitika, is to bo drawn to the conditions of the fire escapes. The various police reports from the outlying districts were read and considered favourable. This concluded the business, and the meeting adjourned.
