The reports of the Dutch Shipping Council finding of the Enquiry into the sinking of the Koningent Regentes, was caused by a torpedo. The Dutch Government asks Germany to re-open a thorough enquiry, seeing that Germany does not recognise the immmunity of hospital ships. Britain has assured Holland that no British torpedo was fired in the vicinity.
