LONDON, July 30h. \ wireless Gorman official report states: The enemy has strongly attacked our new lines north of the river Ourcq, and also our line on the wooded heights south-west of R^ims. Y/.e threw them baok and inflicted the heaviest losses. , The enemv has made repeated attacks against Haftcnnes-Fere-en Tardenois front. They also attacked as far as Meunser Wood. These attacks broke down.
GERMAN REPORT. LONDON, July 30. Referring to operations on the British front, a wireless German official report states:—We repulsed partial attacks in the region of Merris and astride Ayette near Arras).
