LONDON, July 30th

French communique reports that on the right bank of tho Ourcq we advanced to the north-east of Fere en Tardeuois in the region of Sergy. All gains were maintained despite nn enemy counter-attack.

South-west of Rheims the enemy coun tor-attacked on both sides of St. en Phase, resulting only in a slight enemy advance west of Sain teen Phraisc. All attempts to capture this village failed.
