FALLING OUT.
RELATIONS SEVERED.
(Press Association.—Extraordinary) LONDON, July 29. Relations between Germany and Turkey had been severed, according to a direct communication from Constantinople.
THE REASON WHY. (Received this day at 1.20 a.m.,) COPENHAGEN. July 39. A telegram from Constantinople states relations between Germany and Turkey have been severed, owing to the German demand that Turkey hand over hor Navy. Tile excitement against- Ger many is growing, owing to last week’s events. The Germans demanded the cruiser Uamidge should he handed over, as compensation for the Breslau,' which was destroyed at the Dardanelles. The Hnmidge under the German flag, has gone to Sebastopool, despite the Turkish protests. The Goeben lias also left Turkey.
