COI. REPINGTON

VIEWS ON MAN POWER.

this dny at 1.30 p.m.) LONDON July 29,

Colonel Eepington says Germany in January had throe million men in the West, and the power of getting 11 millions more during tho year. I reckon the German, casualties, including sick in 1918, thus far, are one million whereof 700,000 are permanent losses. In four months tho Germans spent, a value of two annual contingents. Prince Rupprecht has only twenty three divisions of storm troops intact, and the softness of the rest has become remarkable. It is moßt likely the Germans will make a determined effort to restore the situation; We must expect an attack all along the whole front.
