Singer (Air Sellers) prospecting license, Kanieri Forks. —Granted. In the cause of Sharpe v. Cunningham and Williams a suit for damages for trespass and an injunction heard at the Ross Court, the Warden gave his reserved judgment, the suit being dismissed with costs £1 Is. allowed counsel for the defence.
