Received, this day -t 8.46 a.m. LONDON, July 2d. General Haig reports that early in the night, the enemy entered one of our posts southward of Villers Brettonneux.
An immediate counter attack eject ed him.
W r e repulsed a raiding party north ward of the Somme.
We slightly advanced our line during tiie night, southward of Rossionai Wood in tho Helmternc sector.

LONDON, July 24. At 10 in the evening Sir Douglas llaig reports considerable hostile artillerying during the morning in the Ypres sector. Little flying was possible owing to the wind and rain.
