Von Strench, a German agent in ■America, who is reported to be tho Kaiser’s half-brother, has boon arrested. He is accused of plotting to invade Canada and Mexico with German reservists from United States, for tho purpose of interfering with American and Canadian troops crossing the Atlantic.

Yon Strench’s plans included tho sending of reservists into Canada from Buffalo for the purpose of giving battle at Fort Erie or Bridgetown. A woman, with whom von Strench was associated, revealed tho plot. *
