SYDNEY, July 19. News of the Fra neo-American success has created tho great enthusiasm. Uaper sellers were bseiged. There were impromptu gatherings and wigs and the Natiinal Anthem were ung with great fervour. Stock rise ♦strongly. The ringing of bells and steamer whistles proclaimed the victory.
