At the the annual meeting of the New Zealand Country Racing Clubs As soeiation, the report urged the readjustment of district representation, on the basis of Canterbury’s, ini', stated the Executive hat! beenadvised not to press the matter till after the war.
A resolution was adopted th t Clubs in each Aletropolital district affiliated with the Association, appoint one delegate each, to act as island branches of l 1 e Association.
A resolution was also adopted p"ties ling against the Racing conference appointing racecourse detectives at high cost, the Association considering such aupaintments should remain in the li-ods of Clubs.
1 he election of officers resulted- —Prosi.lent, Air W. A. Bruce: vice-Presid-c:.t. Air K. Kinney (both re-elected); Executive —Messrs W. Allison, 11. IT. Have (North Island). D. J. Evans and Patterson (South Island).
