“The Vorwaert.s” supplements the Reichstag reports. It says Herr Seheimann demanded that Government recognise Belgium’s right to independence.
Ledebonr said the military party, from the outset, aimed at a world dominion and policy of annexation in the east. They had endangered the world’s future peace. He criticised the treatment of tile population of Ukraine and Finland. He pointed out that Government had promised to pun ish Roumanian torturers. Socialists expected that German torturers in Livonia would be similarly punished. The Reichstag passed the Roumania and oter treaties, the Independent Socialists voting against.

In the Reichstag, the Independent Socialist, Kolia, denounced the treaty with Roumania which he said was undisguised robbery. The German foreign policy was made by the aniiy administrators, which was taking Russia's ships aim munitions in order to prepare for a new war extending to India. Herr Kuhlmann replying, denied the army controlled the Government. Tie added than an Indian Campaign formed' no part of pur official policy.
