SNOW STORM IN GERMANY

Snowstorms and frosts are sweeping Germany, and damaging the crops. A midsummer cold wave is regarded as an economic catastrophe. AMSTERDAM, Juno 27.
It is reported that von. Hertling’s speech on Tuesday was the result of the Kaiser’B furious telegram, commanding his intervention.
