The Chairman to move : “ That public notice be given o f the intention of the Council to make and levy at the August meeting of the Council, a general rate of six farthings in the £ on the capital value of the ratenble property xvithin the County of Westland in accordance with the provision of section I 17 of tho Counties Act, 1908, the said rate to be payable fourteen days after being struck.”
