The above applications were all adjourned till June 27th. owing to noncompliance with the Act. REDUCTION OF FEE.

The following reductions in the fee were made :—, J. Morressey, Cashmere Bay Hotel, To Kinga; reduced from £2O to £ls. S. G. Ferguson, Fern Grove Hotel, Fergusons, Christina Urqhart, Lake Lake lanthe Hotel, Waitaha, F. Heveldt. the Fork Hotel, Okarito Forks, and Alice Knyvett, Lake Hotel, Kanieri Hotel, reduced from £lO to £7 10s each.

J. W. Graham, Glacier Hotel, Waiho reduced from £2O to £ls. John Wall, The Caledonian Hotel, Okarito, application for a new license, and to close and keep closed the licensed premises was adjourned to June 27th.
