A BIG FIRE'. (Received This Dav at 10.15. n m.i MELBOURNE This Day. A fir© destroyed the Australian Nail Wire Coy’s factory at south wharf. The damage is £15,000. STRIKE RULES. MELBOURNE, May 27. Trades Hall Council altered the rules governing strikes, providing for discussion by representatives of all unions involved and the Industrial Disputes Council fief ore a strike is declared. The council is also empowered to end a strike at any time.
