The Rada, at Kieff, is mobilising and concentrating all the forces' at its disposal, who are beseiging the residence of Dictator Skorpodsky. The latter is reported to be seriously wounded. The conflict originated owing to Skorpadsky mobilising the White Guard and declaring the Rida dissolved.
It is reported that violent fighting has occurred in the region of Tchernigoff, between German troops and supporters of the Rada, who with the assistance of Polish Legionaries drove out the Germans in several places. .
