AMSTERDAM May 8. The “Vorwicrta” publishes a Ukrainian official message st-ating that on the afternoon of the 26tli April German soldiers entered the Rada at Kieff and ordered members to put their “hands up” and assaulted the President and ill-treated others for protesting against the outrage. The soldiers occupied the Rada for four hours and . seized many documents.
