A delegation representing the Finnish Socialists Republic has protested to the Allies as iollows: The leaders of the .anti-revolution-ary White Guards of Finland have publicly declared themselves unable to crush the workers and the Government without the aid of German Militarism, in return tor which they have sold the country to Germany, who have begun their military occupation and the destruction of the whole labour movement, and are permitted to carry, nut their systematic murder of war prisoners, wounded men in hospitals, and non combatants.. REPORT FROM RUSSIA. (Received Yesterday at 11.10. p.rp.) COPENHAGEN. April 28. Finnish newspapers publish persistent rumours that the ex-Czar’s sun, Alexis Nicliolavitch. has been proclaimed Emperor, under the Regency ol Ihe Grand Duke Michael.
