WAR IN THE AIR.
ANOTHER RAID ON ENGLAND. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. —COPYRIGHT.] VANCOUVER, March 13. Aeroplanes have raided the north-east coast of England. HARTLEPOOL RAIDED. FIVE PERSONS KILLED. LONDON, March 14. The Press Bureau reports one airship crossed the Coast last night and dropped four bombs on Hartlepool, demolishing six dwellings and damaging thirty. The airship operated at a great altitude only remaining overland for a few minutes. The remainder of the bombs appeared to have fallen into the sea. There were killed —one man, one woman, three children.
IN AN AIR FIGHT. 3 GERMANS DOWNED LONDON, March 14. During an air fight in the North Sea three German seaplanes were destroyed by the British. 79 MACHINES DOWNED. IN WEST TN 19 DAYS. LONDON, March 14, Seventy-nine German machines have been downed in ten days on wie western front. OF RAID ON COBLENTZ. X COMPLETELY ISOLATED. (Received This Dav at 11.25.l 1 .25. n.m ' AMSTERDAM March 28. The Coblentz raid had terrific results The city is completely isolated, nobody being allowed to leave or enter. Two munition factories are reported as burning and vast quantities of explosives are continually exploding.
A* LOSING MOVE. (Received 'Phis Dav at 11 25. a.m.) ROME March 14. A squadron of enemy aeroplanes flying over Italian positions, dropped manifestos and illustrated journals urging the futility of further Italian resistance. - Italians and British aeroplanes immediately attacked the enemy machines of which four were destroyed.
