Stevenson of the 9tli Reinforcements, son of Air and Airs J. Stevenson, R.eefton; Private AV. A. O’Neill (three years' service abroad) son of Air and Airs P. O’Neill, Greymouth ; Private W, Carroll, son of Airs Carroll, Reefton; Private. T. Anderson, son of Airs G, Anderson, Grevniouth.
We regret to record the death of Airs .Tones relict of the late Air Thomas .Tones of Hokitika, which took place at tlie Westland hospital his, morning, after a short illness following a naralytic stroke. The deceased, was a native of Glasgow, Scotland, and 65 years of age and lived in Hokitika for nearly fifty years. She was of a cheery disposition, and many friends wilH hear of her end with regret-. Her husband predeceased her many years ago. One son (Air William Jones, of Sale Street) and a number of grandchildren, are left to mourn their loss.
