Owing i the flooded state of the rivers a few of the cattle advertised could not be brought to the sale, but there was a gSpod yarding nevertheless. We sold on account Mrs Chinn, 15 weaners at £3 ss, 1 twelve month steer at £5 2s. fid; on account Mr J. Martin, 3 steers at £6, 3 heifers at £4 12s (id. 1 cow at. £5; for Mr J. Douglas, 1 cow and calf at £9 12s fid: 4 eight months heifers at £0 17s Cd; 1. springer at £6 15s: 7 calves at £3 10s; for Mr J. Trcmbalh, 1 .two-year steer at , £B, 6 eighteenmouths steers at £6 2s fid, 3 cows at £5: -for Mr R. Dougins, 8 two-and-a-lnlf-yoar heifers at'£B 15s, 7 two-and-•l-hnlf-year Geers at- £.lO 10s; ]OO sheep at 31s; for Mr HI Reynolds. 38 lambs 'at 17s 3d.
