Messrs 'Dalgety and Co hold a stock) sale at Rotoinnmi Saleyards yesterday, j The weather was boisterous; hut this in now way hindered the attendance \ of buyers being, present. Good prices were realised and in some cases recent Addington prices were topped. In no instance would it have paid speculators to have bought stock to sell again across 1 the ranges. In the opinion of experts the prices realised were very fair indeed. The following sales were made by the first: On account of Air C. Haines, Kopara ; 3 cows and calves £B/17/-, 5 cows £7 15!-. On account of Messrs Ryan and Foary; 2eows, £ll/10/-, 11 calves at £4/5/-. Account Geo. Ala 11 in son ; ; 1 heifer £ll. Account P. Ryder; lcow £ll 3 weaners £4/10/-, 2 calves £3/7/6, 1 cow £7/7/_, 11 steers and 4 heifers , £6/15/-. Account of P. ©uttola: 4 bullocks . £ll/2/6, 1 heifer £ll. Account of R. Thompson; 5 steers at £6/3/6..
