LT.-COLONEL TURNER FOUND GUILTY.
[PEE PRESS ASSOCIATION. COPYRIGHT.] AUCKLAND February 21. The sentence of the Court Martial on Lieu. Colonel Charles Harconrt Turner on the charges telegraphed on January 25th, lias been promulgated. The Court found Turner guilty on the first charge and not guilty on the .second and third. He is sentenced to lje dismissed from the Defence Forces under Section 23 of the Defence) Act Amendment, 1912. sentence lms been confirmed by Genera] Robin.
