DR J. A. M'KINNON'S CASE.
REFERRED TO THE -FULL COURT.
On Saturday in the Supreme Court at Wellington, before his Honour the Chief Justice /Sir Robert Stout), the. ease of John Alexander McKinnon, of Christchurch, who is applying lor an order directing the Registrar-General to 'register'* his name under the provisions of the Medical Practitioners Ad was further considered (says the “ Dominion ”). ’ The ease originally came before Mr Justice Hosking in October, last, when it was shown that the Registrar-General had refused the ’Application for registration, acting under the direction of the Medical Board. , ■ > Dr. McKinnon’s affidavit sol- out his qualifications, and asserted that all the requirements of the Act had been complied with by him and that, he. was a man of “ good fame and character.” A. preliminary point of law "as raised, and- on this point Mr Justice I Hosking reserved judgment, which has i not vet been delivered. ! j n the meantime, Air C.
