The “Figaro” states an extensive organisation was. discovered at St. Etienne. A German wine seller Aiiose customers were largely soldiers, has been arrested, and also his Spanish wife. Docu ments seized included a pass to the war zone. * • The “Figaro” adds that the object of the organisation is to cause insure rections during the German, offensive.

His pass was an unconditional safe conduct^ for a hawker and vehicle, in any Army zone.
