-NEW ZEALANDERS RAID. , WELLINGTON, This Day.' The High Commissioner reports from London 11.20. a.in. 21st. Sir Douglas Haig reports that eastward of Polynwood the New Zealanders carried out a successful raid early this morning. A few prisoners were--' taken.
HAIG’S REPORT. LONDON February 20
Marshal Haig repdrts: We completely repulsed an enemy, raid eastward of Anleuxengshelle, and carried 'out several successful local’ enterprises north-east of Wytschaete.
AMERICAN REPORT. Received, this day at 8.45 a.m. . WASHINGTON, Fcb.\2l. Mr. Baker’s communique states the Germans hope to deliver a crushing blow by waiting shock troops trained for mobile warfare, but the hulk of Germany’s west front forces are wholly ignorant of west front methods.' The Allies are ready for battle.

Reports from Liege state that many trainloads of troops and guns have travelled from Liege in the last three, days, going ■westward.
