' The following prisoners wore sentenced In the-Supreme C-onrt to-day:—Ar-thur Waldemar Scbaef, for two breaches of the Bankruptcy Act, to two years’ reformative treatment; John Burt, theft, to 12 months’ reformative treatment; William Henry Gardiner, indecent assault, to four months' ha-rr lahonr ; John Patrick Regap, theft/, and David Adamson', theft, each admitted Vo probation; John Thomas ftlincs, on six charges of indecent assault, to four years’ hard labour; Arthur Childs Collins, charged with being- q rogue and vagabond, was admitted to probation'.
