The “ Zeitung ” adds that it is becoming increasingly clear that Trotsky doesn’t aim at peace but general revolution, making peace with Ukraine increasingly necessary. The “Berliner Tagleblatt ’,’ says the conference is also discussing the possibility of a peace with Routnania.

GERMAN PRESS ANGRY

AMSTERDAM, Feb. 6.

The German press is angry and disappointed at the result of the Versailles Conference, and says it is evident that the Allies were never so determined on wir as at Versailles. It is a victory far M. Olemenceau and Hon Lloyd George. Germany is not afraid of another year or two of war, but the Entente must be punished for prolonging the world’s agony.
