Two other girl s had narrow escapes. The girls were caught in the undertow. A GIRL KILLED. ASHBURTON, Jan. 28. Marjorie Ethel Gill, aged six, the daughter of Robert Gill, a farmer, of Chertsey, met with a fatal accident this morning. A horse attacked to a drag, bolted, and the little girl was crushed between the wheel of the drag and a post. Death was instantaneous.
