At the inquest on the sisters Cummins, cabled on tlie 10th, a verdict was returned that their deaths were caused by their brother, whrr has been incarcerated in a hospital for the insane. There, arc many speculations regarding the result of to-day’s Cabinet meeting. and the subsequent party meeting next week, which will decide the final action. The balance of opinion favors Cabinet reconstructing, a moot point being whether Mr. Hughes will, or wall not retain the leadership.
