[PF.K PRESS ASSOCIATION. —COPYRIGHT.] A man¥iled. AS RESULT OF A. ROW. ASHBURTON, Tins Day. Robert Roberts aged 61, an old resident of the district was found dying and unconscious in a livery stables at Ashburton late on Saturday evening and was taken to the hospital where ho died early this morning. It is alleged he had an argument with Hugh Hulland a well "known farmer at Tinwald. Tho latter pitched him over and Roberts struck the back of his head on tho asphalt . Hulland was arrested yesterday and was charged this morning with murder. Tt is alleged that some men .including Hulland, and deceased were drinking in the stable when an argu ment ensued. Possibly the oharge may he reduced to manslaughter .
