FOR A SEPARATE PEACE. (Received This Dav at 10.15. a.m 7 BORNE, Dec. 13 Mouktar Bey, a Turkish delegate, is conferring with British delegates for the exchange of prisoners. He asked te authorities at Constantinople for full powers to negotiate if possible, for a separate peace, with tho British del®* gates. Mouktar admits tlio fall of Jerusalem. ' ■ AMERICAN OPINION. j TURKEY WANTS PEACE. (Received This Dnv at l c; 25 r:■ WASHINGTON Dec. 13 Reports are reaching hore that Turkey is willing to talk peace. Following closely on the Jerusalem fall, this has convinced the American officials that Turkey is seeking to throw off tho German domination. Teuton promises have been found unxealisable, and disillusionment is working amongst the people.
