the gtsrorne murder TRIAL
WELLINGTON. Nov. 27
At the Supreme Court Frank Edward Benneil. was charged with the murder of his wife, Ethel Emma Benneil on Sept. 10th near Kaungaroa. Accused pleaded not guilty. The evidence so far is on lines similar to that given at the inquest. Five other charges of attempted murder are preferred against the accused.
