CONFERENCE ON PRISONERS

In the House of Commons Lieut.f'olonel Hope stated that an AngloTurkish conference would bo held shortly regarding the exchange of prisoners. .Meanwhile tho Turks consented to the Netherlands diplomatist visiting the internment pinps, and ascertaining about tho prisoners’ winter clothing and requirements. We shall, Colonel [Hope added, demand at the Berne Conference facilities for. inspection and reports on camps.

It includes tho representative of ship building and engineering trades, and officers of the I 'Ad miralty. It will consider problems of naval commercial shipbuilding and repairs.

She rose to the surface and the torpedoer attached a: towline. The crew, while surrendering, opened the valves of the submarine and she sank. The crew were saved except two.
