The Caucasian Army has just won a .considerable victory at Diala river taking prisoner 1.600 Turks.

Government have sent an army of 150, 000 against General Kaledin. General Krasnow has gone to Kaledin’s headquarters to negotiate with him. A PEACE TRAIN. (Received This Dav at 10.15. a.m.) STOCKHOLM, November 23. A Russian diplomat states a special train is going to Petrograd with orders to hand the Russian revolutionary Government proposals for peace from the Central Powers.
