THE -REQUISITION OF SHIPPING
(Received This Day at 12.26 p.m.! LONDON, November 20.
The Minister of Shipping has addressed a letter to all owners in order to regularise the position created by the shipping ease cabled on the loth.
The letter states that the requisition of all liners affected hv the scheme and asks- for an assurance from owners that they will continue to manage the vessels so requisitioned. If the owners aro unable to do so alternative arrangements will have to he made
