A WARNING. (Received This Dav a* 9.50 a.m.) SYDNEY November 16. Mr. Hughes in a speech, referred to the lies circulated in the last conscription campaign. He warned everyone in the coming campaign that if they lied, they did 'so at their own peril. Any statement circulated to mislead the electors must either be proved or be punished quickly and suddenly. One lie only and the utterer would quickly go out of the campaign.
