The “Popolo Romans” states Germans, Bulgarians,' and Turks have formed a mobile army, which call move to any front in a few weeks. They will be employed in Palestine and Mesopotamia in the coming winter, when the invasion of Italy is ended.

At the re-opening of the Chamber of Deputies Premier Orlando paid a tribute to the Franco-British help. A resolution re-affirming faith in the Allies and the necessary national unity to help the army and repel the invaders was adopted.
