Amendments to the. War Precautions Regulations prohibit the shipment of goods from Commonwealth ports without a written permit. The Customs may require 'a shipper, supplier or packer to furnish a statutory deelarlion of the goods packed under trustworthy supervision. The amendments aim at-closer scrutiny in view of the recent fires and explosions.
