CABINET APPOINTMENT.
AIR .T. AT. WILFORD. [per PRESS ASSOCIATION. —COPYTtIGHT.J WELLINGTON November 14. The Prime Minister informed a reporter that Mr. T. M. WHford had been appointed to the Ministry to fill the vacancy caused l,v the death of Dr. MdNab. Mr. Wilford has been in Parliament since 1890 and lias held the position of Chairman of Committees: He is to hold the portfolio formerly held by Dr. McNab of Justice and Marine.
