Leaders of the principal pariie s in in the Reichstag profess to believe that Idle new Government will secure a settlement of tho political crisis; that a majority of the parties have agreed on a programme which will be followed until the end of the war; that the Parliament and the Government will no longer be antagonistic and that the German Parliament is now an accomplished fact. Herr Kuchlemann has officially notified the leaders of the solution of the crisis.
