ROIL OF HONOUR.

Among those killed in France on Oct. ,»-12th was\Priva'te Gerard Noel Rudkin, a native of Xumara, and son of the late Mr. Rudkin, formerly Town Clerk of Kuxnara. The deceased was 34 yenrs of age, and enlisted from Kumdra, where he was well and favorably known He leaves several brothers and sisters, for whom sincere sympathy will be felt. Sapper John Wesley, killed in action, was coal mining with his father, who is well-known in Labour circles. He was born at Denniston Hill, and is the seoond son of Mr and Mrs Wesley to have been killed on the Somme last year. Another brother is still on active service.
