METEOROLOGICAL
The following is Rev. D. C. Bates’ weather forecast. “The indications are for westerly winds stong to gale, and veei ing by west to south. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled. Heavy rain i s to be expected with rivers flooded. The barometer is falling but rising after about twenty to thirty hours. Seas considerable; tides good, seas increasing on the Coast.”
