Gunner Andrew Lange, kkilled in action on the Lestern Front, was a prominent member of the AVaimangaroa. Rifle Club, of which he held the championship for one year. He was president of the AVaimangaroa Club for a number of years, and was the means of bringing on many good shots. Gunner Lange sailed with the 13th Reinforcements.

Air. Griffin, of Westport, has received word of the death of his eldest son, Private Jack Griffin, who sailed with the 22nd Reinforcements. Private Griffin was .some ten years with Tay-lor-Enright. Another! blrotjhejr sailed with a later contingent.
